Winbet....fade the Chelsea last 2 games ?

Mourinho was quoted as saying:

"He is willing to omit John Terry, Frank Lampard and Joe Cole from the last two Premiership games of the season."

"I'm ready to help England if they think it is a help."
"I'm ready to let them finish for the season now, to have one more week to rest or maybe have a holiday or go to some paradise."

So the question is to we fade them the rest of the season or are their utility players still better than most other EPL squads ?

I don't think I would fade them, they are still probably better than Newcastle and Bolton even if they start Huth, Maniche, Duff, Crespo, SWP and Gudjohnsen. I wouldn't play them either though

Dont waste your time, if Mourinho lets the English players off he will have to let all Internationals off, leaving an Irishman, Scotsman and a Welshman, and you know that always ends in a Joke.

Seriously though the main thing I have against this sort of thinking is the books will adjust for any drop in class, basically taking away your edge in the first place. As for the games themselves, Mourinho will have a good idea who's not going to be around next year and will want to experiment with players who know these last Two will dictate their future, so they will be playing hard. The downside of his experiments is he is steadfast in his belief in playing players in different positions to see how they react, sometimes with comical outcomes.

With the World Cup on the Horizon there should be better grazing fields ahead, leave the fodder for the Desperados. :drink:
